First fix joinery and formwork

Our joinery division grew out of shuttering work of every type, from wood pan shutters to metal pans and slipforms, including round and square shutters for columns. Our carpenters are experienced with DOKA, PERI and ISCHEBECK systems as well as custom timber shutters, forming soffits, walls, foundations and columns.

We normally deliver shuttering, steelfixing and concrete as one package: it simplifies handover and speeds the programme up. The same crews carry the structural carpentry through to a clean second fix handover.

Second fix joinery

Joinery is one of the most demanding trades in construction: it is the finish your client sees and your snag list remembers. PKBC provides a high-end second fix service, hanging doorsets, fitting ironmongery and installing kitchens and furniture to a standard that passes inspection first time.
